Domestic Orders

If your upalee shoes haven’t been worn outside and you are within 30 days of your original purchase date, simply follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return/exchange.

  1. Return Method
After confirming your request, our customer service team will:
  • Provide a return shipping label
  • Guide you through the return process

Please make sure your shoes are:
  • Unworn outdoors
  • Returned in their original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Warranty Service — Zerotie Fit System (1-Year Warranty)

All upalee shoes come with a 1-year warranty for the Zerotie Fit System.
If any quality issues occur within one year of purchase, we will provide repair or replacement service.

International Orders


For international returns:
  • Return shipping fees may apply
  • Exchanges are currently not available
  • Shipping typically takes 4–6 business days via DHL
